About the Author

Zac Jones brings two decades of automotive retail experience to One Dealer Lane, where he serves as Head of Sales and Marketing. He has spent his career at the center of the industry’s shift from paper to digital — first on the retail floor, then in leadership roles at Cox Automotive, Tekion, and AutoFi, where he helped dealers build the online sales and F&I paths that are now standard practice in automotive. Zac now brings that same transformation to powersports, marine, and RV, working with dealers to modernize the deal from first online touch through a transparent, customer-facing close. His background — retail store to enterprise technology — gives him a rare understanding of both what a dealer needs on the floor and what it actually takes to change how a store sells.
