Our story

ODL was founded by the principals of Fay Myers Motorcycle World, Steamboat Powersports, and Craig Powersports. In collaboration with the Founding Dealer Council and tech entrepreneurs experienced in auto, marine, RV, and powersports solutions, they created the first end-to-end digital sales and F&I platform for powersports.

Jason White brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning automotive and powersports retail, finance, and customer experience. As Vice President of Financial Services at Schomp Automotive and Managing Partner of Fay Myers Motorcycle World and One Protect, he plays a key role in shaping integrated financial and warranty solutions. Jason’s background, ranging from credit unions to executive leadership, gives him a deep understanding of how financial innovation and operational excellence can drive loyalty and growth in the powersports market.

F. Michael Graves

Founding Partner & Board Member

Michael Graves is a nationally recognized entrepreneur and dealership innovator with over 40 years of experience across automotive, construction, and powersports retail. He achieved national recognition for redefining dealership design and customer experience, including earning multiple Ford Triple Crown Awards, AIA design honors, and Benchmark designations from top OEMs. In 2008, Michael expanded into powersports, acquiring and growing several top-performing dealerships in Northwestern Colorado. His stores consistently rank in the top 10% nationwide for performance and customer satisfaction, with Steamboat Powersports holding the #1 CSI score for both sales and service.
